Or rather didn’t eat! Following an IgG test (more on that another time) I was delighted to find out I’m not really allergic to anything and my gut lining is in good nick. But I do have a mild reaction to chocolate and should therefore only have it once or twice per week. For a girl that has a daily 11am Green & Black’s 85% ration this is quite a big deal… But hey, so far so good. Here’s to a weekend treat.

Autumn not Spring, as we’re led to believe, is the best time to eat British lamb. Lambs are born at this time of year to make the most of green, Spring grass and be nice and plump come September. The lamb we eat at this time of year has almost certainly come from New Zealand or been fattened up with grain feed. Not cool.
